Please note accessible parking and limited attendee parking is available at the venue. Once full, event goers are encouraged to utilise various carparks in the CBD just a short walk from the venue, such as The Castle Street Car Park.
For best access into the venue and carpark, please approach from the North. Due to traffic control, the venue is only accessible via the southbound lanes of Pacific Hwy. If heading Northbound on the Pacific Hwy, please use the Beryl St detour as there are no right hand turns permitted into the event.
FAQs
Who is entitled to a concession ticket?
People who hold a valid student card, pension card, health care card, seniors card or companion card.
Can I bring my dog?
Yes, the Coffs Harbour Showground does allow dogs at their venue however we ask that they remain on a leash at all times.
How long is my ticket valid for?
Tickets are valid for one day only.
What time does the show open?
On all days, Gates are open between 9am and 4pm.
How can I purchase tickets?
Tickets are available for purchase at the gates only.
Where can I get a map and a list of exhibitors?
You will receive a show guide on entry to the show, and a full list of exhibitors will be available on the website two weeks prior to the expo.
Can I leave the show and come back?
If you need to go to your car during the show, please see a staff member at the ticket gate for a pass out. Pass outs are only valid for the day your ticket was purchased.
Is there food?
There will be plenty of food trucks at the expo with a wide range of food and beverage options.
Is the show accessible for wheelchairs?
Yes, however please note that a portion of the expo is on grass
Will the expo still be on if it's raining?
Absolutely! A little bit of rain has never stopped us!
